Start your week off with Yoga Flow, an all levels class that will get you moving and clear your mind for the week ahead!

Yoga brings us into the present moment with attention to body, breath awareness and mindfulness. Landing in the present we find peace. Yoga Flow will guide you to the peace you seek as instructor Jessica Kelleher weaves yogic insights through creative posture flows. You'll see yourself and the world around you through new eyes as you shift your body and perspective. Come to relax, rejuvenate and get inspired! Every class will enhance your flexibility, strength and balance on and off the mat.

Drop in any day to this fun class - men, women, beginners and experienced yogis are all welcome. Modifications will be offered to challenge or create ease throughout the class - this class is accessible to all bodies.
